Puratos Japan launched O-tentic Durum, Premium Italian Bread.

One of the major trends in today's bakery market is " tradition ". Consumers are more and more looking for nice tasting breads, with the taste of the good old days - taste generally obtained through long fermentations and the use of sourdough. Today's bakery environment however does force the bakers to work in direct processes, which reduces the flavour development in the breads. To help bakers meet the increasing demand for nice tasting breads taking into account today's bakery constraints, Puratos Japan launched " O-tentic Durum " on October 16, 2006.
