We exhibited to the MOBAC SHOW 2007.

Our booth No.737 of Hall No.7 at Makuhari Messe

We introduced the latest improver and sourdough for bake including "O-tentic" which is a revolutionary product to make authentic European Bread. Furthermore, we introduced some new Belgian couvertures including the "Belcolade Origin Collection" , six varieties of couvertures, each based on cocoa beans from a single origin. Also, "Belcolade Intense", in dark, milk and white, with reduced sweetness and higher levels of cocoa butter, which has been especially developed for a Japanese market. We also introduced a number of new and recently launched patisserie products, including the highly popular "Sublimo", the only effective ready to use hard setting glaze on the market.

Demonstrations & Presentations

There were three featured demonstrations areas:

Bakery Area

  • O-tentic Origin and Durum;
  • Soft'r Concept (for sweet and soft breads);
  • Frostec Concept (new frozen dough technologies);
  • Sourdoughs (Fermentation Flavours);

Patisserie Area               

  • Sublimo;
  • Source de Seduction;         

Chocolate Area              

  • Belcolade Origin Collection;
  • Belcolade Intense;

Point

  1. We invited the demonstrator from Belgian headquater and gave the demonstration by chiefly using the above-mentioned concentration products in each area of the bakery, patisserie, and chocolate
  2. Especially, Our MOF demonstrator showed magnificent technologies of the demonstration in the chocolate area.  It was a great success.
  3. We introduced bread improvers that specialized in "Softness of bread" and "Frozen dough" in the introduction corner of Bread improver.
  4. We introduced various sourdough which were full of individuality of all parts of the world in the introduction corner of a sourdough.
