Puratos Japan launched 4 new improver products!

To satisfy consumers who are looking for softness and at the same time solve the problem of drying and losing of elasticity and freshness which occur with soft bread, we have added new products to our "Soft'r series".

Also, regarding the frozen dough which is becoming more common these days, we have added new products to our "Frostec series" to offer a suggestion for various problems found in the bread-making process from freezing to baking.

New "Soft'r series" includes "Prima Soft" for toast bread which maintains moist texture and "Soft'r Melon Pan" for melon pan which keeps moistness and lightness of the dough and elasticity.

New "Frostec series" includes "Quick Step RTB Croissant" for pre-fermented frozen croissant products, and "Bakevit", which prevents flaking and slows down staling process of par-baked frozen products.
