Baguette: 5-10% on wheat flour weight Pain au levain: 20-25% on wheat flour weight Rye bread: 20-30% on rye flour weight
Use after completely defrosted
Shake well before use
Reduce half amount of water of Oracolo
Add Oracolo when mixing with other ingredients
