Oracolo
Oracolo is a liquid active rye sourdough. Rye flour is fermented in 3 stages by selected strains of sourdough bacteria and then stabilised in a liquid form. Oracolo is designed for any kind of "old fashioned" sourdough breads and for "pain au levain" in France according to French law.

Reduce half amount of water of Oracolo
Add Oracolo when mixing with other ingredients
