Traviata is a natural concentrated rye sourdough in powder form. Rye flour is fermented by selected strains of sourdough bacteria and then gently dried. Traviata is designed for use in a wide variety of rye and wheat based European style breads. It adds a delicious authentic sour flavour to bread.
